About Rusty
I have a dog named Rusty. I rescued him from the pound 10 years ago and he has been my little boy ever since. He si my wonderful and constant companion whom I love very much. We love to travel. We have been to Boston 3 times, New York City, Philadelphia, Florida, and the Florida Keys. Our next destination is hopefully San Francisco. It is among the top 5 most dog friendly cities in North America. I am very open to other dog friendly places to travel.

Hey there! Kudos to adopting a companion! I have two adopted dogs (technically one is my daughters) and five adopted cats. Couldn't be more happy with the personalities shelter pets have. They just seem so appreciative. BTW, it has been a while, but AAA published a book a while back on pet friendly traveling. I have an old copy and it comes in handy alot (especially with hotels).
Kkbookmom is right, shelter pets are so appreciative. I have two stray mutts that I adopted and they are the best. I would love to see a picture of Rusty.
I'm thinking about getting a dog and will adopt from the pound. I think that's the best way.
